I pretty much had my sammich finished up by the time the last people rolled up to Keller Fourcourt Fountain. So the 'quickness' of the dude is questionable.
But overall, that was some good meat! ... and worth revisiting.

Cart #1: Mississipi Delta (BBQ) Cart
good showing everyone! I ordered the $3 bbq pulled pork (regular size) with spicy bbq sauce and slaw on top. I think the $5 jumbo orderers got screwed ;)
I pretty much had my sammich finished up by the time the last people rolled up to Keller Fourcourt Fountain. So the 'quickness' of the dude is questionable.
But overall, that was some good meat! ... and worth revisiting.

Yeah, it was definitely worth the walk. I love that he called me ma'am! Reminded me of home(Rocky Top)! But the Jumbo's got more meat, right??
I would recommend they premix the sauce with the meat to coat it with tangy flavor but they do a great sandwich at a good price. The jumbo had more meat but I am not sure I really needed all the extra meat as the sandwich was pretty thick anyhow.
It was a good first cart and I am excited to taste next week's pick.
I don't know if I missed the conversation about next week's pick. Has it already been decided?
